Description
The game Hero of Bitcoin is a story inspired by Bitcoin culture, set in the beautiful, Bitcoin-friendly nation of El Salvador. You’ll be taken to unique locations like Bitcoin Beach, the volcano, and many more, all the way to the doorstep of the bank. You’ll need to help President Bukele and other Bitcoiners ensure that PooCoiners, Bears, Bankers, and others don’t stand in the way of Bitcoin adoption.
Hero of Bitcoin is a platformer with hand-drawn pixel graphics. It resembles classic Mario games but offers a different experience. You’ll encounter famous Bitcoiners like Samson Mow, Greg Foss, Max Keiser, and many others! Your weapons and armor will get stronger as the story progresses. Powerful enemies and bosses are waiting for you to defeat them!
The game runs on the original Nintendo Game Boy, Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy SP, and even the Super Game Boy add-on for the Super Nintendo. We are also testing it with the wonderful Analogue Pocket.
The game is displayed in 4 shades of gray on the Game Boy and Pocket, but for those with a color screen, it will appear in full color. Can you find the 21 Bitcoin gems hidden in the game? What happens when you collect them all? You’ll have to find out!
